Athletes and others who want to remain physically active into old age are dependent on a healthy,
functional musculoskeletal system. Often forgotten are the fasciae, a coherent network of collagenous connective tissue, ligaments and tendons that runs through the entire human body and plays an important role in mobility and stability. Incorrect loads, chronic stress and clumsy movements during sports or everyday life can lead to overloading of fasciae, ligaments and tendons and to a short-term or permanent restriction of mobility.
Accompanying targeted sports exercises, Faszien Fit can help to keep the body’s own connective tissue, including ligaments and tendons, healthy and functional. A sensible combination of bioactive collagen peptides (Tendoforte®) with vitamin C, manganese and vitamin B2 supports the preservation of the ,functional structure of fasciae, ligaments and tendons. It has been proven that vitamin C contributes to collagen formation and manganese to normal connective tissue formation. Vitamin B2 supports a normal energy metabolism of the body.
Recommended dosage
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) 1 x daily and drink. Regular intake over a longer period of time (at least 3 months) is recommended. Not suitable for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and do not replace a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store away from light, dry and below 25°C.
